Job Description:
Field Service Technician will fulfill customer installation, support, repair and field service needs. The position delivers customer service following established service and operational policies in the field of laser spectroscopy systems in a power plant environment.

THE JOB: Create product specs for pre-cast concrete products based on customer needs and facilitate the process from design through delivery. Work with cross-functional groups to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
