Position: Area Operations Manager - this is almost identical to the Information Center Manager positions we've placed in the past. Run an operation of 11 employees, P&L, physical plant, the operation is most like a distribution center.
Screen: strong leadership candidate - probably better if they aren't the more senior JMO's just because they'll be pitching in and doing hands-on work at times when things get tight.
Comp: $50-55k base + 15% bonus plan (can make double that if exceed profit goals) + benefits (very strong package)
