Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 DOE + Overtime (paid at straight time)

Title (1): Systems Engineer
Job Description: The systems engineer supporting the program will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting delivered software on-site. The systems engineer will assist in providing hands-on training for new users. The on-site systems engineer will coordinate feature requests with the engineering team. The systems engineer will troubleshoot problems in the Link Analysis database. These may be data-related issues or configuration of the SQL Server database architecture on-site.
Degree: Anything related to IT / Computers / Systems (AS or BS)
Experience required: Systems Integration, Database / Windows Administration, SQL Servers required. Some .Net C# programming experience is preferred.
Title (2): Software Engineer
Job Description: The software engineer supporting the program will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting delivered software on-site. The software engineer will modify .Net C# source code to support urgent fixes for user-interface and data import issues. These changes will be relayed to developers for inclusion in future patches and/or product releases. Major design changes and new features will be developed. The on-site software engineer will coordinate product modifications and updates with the engineering team. The software engineer will troubleshoot problems in the Software products and the Link Analysis database.
Experience required: .Net C# programming; Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software
