1. Sr. Project Manager /Consultant (AEROSPACE & Defense);
2. Manufacturing Process Engineer (Both Senior and Junior positions)

Requirements:
BS - Engineer or Business related (MBA preferred)
Supervisory/Mgmt in Aerospace, military or manufacturing industry
LEAN or SS experience/certification
Briefing/Presentation skills
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Travel: >50%.
Compensation: $80-120K DOE, + Bonus + Relo

2. Machining Systems Engineer, (Sr and Jr Positions)
Requirements:
BS - ME, Industrial Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer
LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
Experience with design software (CAD, 3D Solid Modeling, Computer Aid Manufacturing) nice to have, but not a show stopper. They will train on internal software
Industrial Experience a plus (Sr: 10+ yrs; Jr: 3+ yrs.)
Experience in Manufacturing preferred but not mandatory - they will substitute a strong candidate for experience.
Ability to interact with manufacturing customers
